摘  要:镍磷基镀层因其高硬度、高耐磨性以及镀层厚度均匀等显著优点,得到了广泛应用。Ni-P合金及其复合镀层的耐磨性是镀层的重要性能之一。综述了Ni-P合金及其复合镀层耐磨性的影响因素,包括化学成分、镀层与基体的结合力、热处理等因素,并探讨了其机理。Nickel-phosphorus-based coatings have been widely used due to their high hardness, high wear resistance and uniform coating thickness. The wear resistance of Ni-P alloy and its composite coating is one of the important properties of the coating. The factors affecting the wear resistance of Ni-P alloy and its composite coatings are reviewed, including the chemical composition, the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate, heat treatment and other factors, and the mechanism is discussed.
