摘  要:研究了基于有限元法的单蜗壳泵体强度分析方法,采用"分析设计法"评定校核泵体强度,克服了传统设计方法的局限性。以某型号单级泵为例,采用有限元法进行应力计算,结合应力线性化技术对泵体隔舌部位和环形蜗壳端面与环面相结合区域进行了应力评定。分析比较了不同肋板型式下泵体的应力分布及应力水平,得到了最优肋板布置型式,为工程设计人员在水泵结构设计方面提供重要的参考。泵的水压试验可以说明该方法的可靠性。The strength analysis method of single volute pump based on finite element method is studied. The "analytical design method" is used to evaluate the strength of the pump body and overcome the limitation of the traditional design method. Taking the model single stage pump as an example, the finite element method is used to calculate the stress, and the stress linearization technique is used to assess the stress of the pump body tongue and the annular spiral case. The stress distribution and stress level of the pump under different rib type are analyzed and compared, and the optimal layout of the ribs is obtained, which provides an important reference for the engineering designer in the design of the pump. The pump's hydrostatic test can illustrate the reliability of the method.
