摘  要:根据大型风力发电机的工作载荷,确定机座与定子的过盈量,探讨线圈磁吸力、表面粗糙度、两者温差等对其过盈量和接触应力的影响。考虑到定子叠片的多层性与复杂性,采用等效弹性模量方法,简化模型,计算定子压缩量、机座膨胀量、接触应力和纵焊缝应力。According to the working load of large wind turbines, the interference of the base and stator is determined. The effects of coil magnetic attraction, surface roughness and temperature difference on the interference and contact stress are discussed. Taking into account the multi-layer and complexity of the stator laminations, the equivalent elastic modulus method is used to simplify the model and calculate the stator compression, base expansion, contact stress and longitudinal weld stress.
