摘　　要：针对GDXⅡ型包装机在生产过程中出现玻璃纸翻边的问题,分析了GDXⅡ包装机玻璃纸包装的工作原理、齿轮传动参数及生产工艺,提出以降低送纸辊的角速度及减短送纸辊的半径来减少其线速度的改进方案,玻璃纸外观质量得到显著提高。In view of the problem of glass paper flanging in the production process of GDXII packaging machine, the working principle, gear transmission parameters and production process of cellophane packaging are analyzed. This paper proposes an improved solution to reduce the angular velocity of the paper feed roller and reduce the radius of the paper feed roller to reduce its linear velocity. The quality of the appearance of cellophane has been significantly improved.
