南疆地区天然气市场现状及未来展望

摘　　要：南疆地区幅员辽阔,资源丰富,特别是油田周边城市天然气利用水平较高,市场开发程度较深。首先,介绍了南疆地区社会、经济、能源及天然气基础设施现状及南疆地区天然气消费总量、消费分布和消费结构等现状,并对南疆地区气源情况、市场开发情况、天然气气化情况、重点用户用气情况进行了分析;其次,展望了南疆地区未来天然气需求总量、需求分布、需求结构和季节调峰需求;最后,根据上述分析,提出应继续完善天然气管网建设,确保南疆地区各族群众民生改善、安居乐业。South Xinjiang is a vast territory with rich resources, characterized by high capacity utilization rate of natural gas in cities near oilfield and well developed market This paper, first, introduced current states of social, economic, natural resources and infrastructure aspects of southern Xinjiang, also introduced structures of total natural gas consumption, distribution and consumption; then analyzed current situation of natural gas resource, market development, LNG regasification, and gas consumption of key users. Secondly, the future demands of natural gas, distribution, structure and seasonal demand were prospected. Finally, according to the above analysis, it was suggested that continuation to develop natural gas pipeline network was crucial to ensure the improvement to people's well-being.
