摘 要:某矿S3012回采工作面部分顶板十分破碎,煤壁端部漏矸相当严重,割煤过程中出现了严重的煤壁片垮,造成工作面溜子长期处于砸死状态,致使工作面推进缓慢,极大地影响了工作面的安全生产。介绍了该矿在回风巷超前段和工作面部分严重片帮地段提前注入马丽散对煤体进行预加固,可保证工作面安全正常回采,这是治理煤壁片帮非常有效的方法之一,可为同类地质条件下的矿井处理片帮问题提供参考。Two new faults are exposed in a mine S3012 fully mechanized coal mining face; the roof is broken; filling caving space is serious, and rib spalling begins to appear after cutting coal wall; working face has been in full for a long time. Consequently, the advance of the face is slow which greatly affected the safe production of the working face. Practical results show that lots of coal injection advance help to reinforce Marithan in front and the return air lane super face can ensure the safety of the working face of normal mining; coal wall spalling of governance method is very effective; it can serve as a reference for the mine handling under similar geological conditions.
