摘　　要：基层工会服务职工的方法、路径、能力与水平是工会组织密切联系职工群众、发挥好桥梁纽带作用的重要环节。通过专题调研,基于基层工会服务职工工作的总体状况、取得的经验成果和存在的问题与不足,从困难帮扶、创业培训、法律援助、互助保险和心理疏导等方法以及服务职工的制度建设、运作机制建设和保障机制建设等路径,提出进一步提升基层工会服务职工工作的建议和设想。The local trade approaches, methods, ability and level of serving the worker are crucial to its role as a bridge linking the general trade union with the worker. Based on the general stares, achievement and problems, this thesis presents several approaches and methods like helping people in difficulty, business startup training, legal aid, and mental health aid for local trade union to promote the service of the worker by special survey
