摘 要:为验证芽孢杆菌在活性污泥混合菌体系中的好氧反硝化效果,以添加芽孢杆菌纯菌的活性污泥(以下称芽孢杆菌活性污泥)为研究主体,经过培养驯化,发现在好氧条件下有较高的脱氮率.研究该污泥在不同氮源(硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠)、溶解氧质量浓度在0.6~2.5 mg/L条件下的好氧反硝化特性,并进行反应动力学分析.实验表明,芽孢杆菌活性污泥具有好氧反硝化特性,在好氧条件下只能还原亚硝态氮而不能还原硝态氮,好氧反硝化效果随着溶解氧质量浓度的升高而降低.在缺氧段芽孢杆菌活性污泥反硝化速率为12.45 mg/(g·h)(以亚硝态计),在好氧段最大好氧反硝化速率可达缺氧段的50%,并且随着溶解氧质量浓度的升高而降低.In order to test the eft)ct of aerobic denitrification of Bacillus on activated sludge mixed bacteria system, using Bacillus subtilis as the additive of activated sludge (abbreviation as Bacillus activated sludge) as the main body of the study, it was found that the nitrogen removal rate was high under aerobic conditions. Then the aerobic denitrification characteristics of the sludge under dirt)rent nitrogen sources (sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite ) and different dissolved oxygen mass concentrations (0.6 -2.5 mg/L) was studied by experiments, and the kinetic analysis of reaction was conducted. The resuh shows that the Bacillus activated sludge has characteristics of aerobic denitrification, and it can only reduce the nitrite nitrogen without reducing the nitrate nitrogen under aerobic conditions. Additionally, the effect of aerobic denitrification decreases with the increase of dissolved oxygen. The high rate of denitrification was found in anoxic stage as a rate of 12.45 mg/( g· h ) , while the maximum aerobic denitrification rate in aerobic stage achieved 50% of anoxic stage, and decreased with the increase of dissolved oxygen.
