摘 要:为了研究咖啡酸氧化偶联产物的抗氧化活性,在CuSO4的CH3CN-H2O(V∶V=1∶2)溶液中,将咖啡酸氧化偶联合成咖啡酸的二聚物(8-8′-二聚咖啡酸),并探讨了乙腈浓度对产率的影响原因。通过测定咖啡酸及其二聚产物(8-8′-二聚咖啡酸)清除DPPH·自由基的能力,发现咖啡酸的二聚物(8-8′-二聚咖啡酸)比其单体咖啡酸清除自由基的活性更高。这些结果表明咖啡酸的氧化偶联进一步增强了其母体分子清除自由基的能力,为设计新型的抗氧化剂药物分子提供了重要信息。In order to study the antioxidant activity of caffeic acid (CA) oxidative coupling products, we compound the caffeic acid dipolymer (8-8′-DiCA) in the CH 3CN—H 2O ( V∶V =1∶2) solution of CuSO 4 through the caffeic acid oxidative coupling, and discusses the affecting reasons of the acetonitrile concentration on the productivity. Through the DPPH·free radical scavenging ability of caffeic acid and its dimer products (8-8′ -DiCA), it is found that the free radical activity scavenging of dimer products of caffeic acid (8-8′ -DiCA) is higher than that of the monomer caffeic acid, which shows that the caffeic acid oxidation coupling further enhances the ability of its parent molecule to scavenge the free radical, and provides the important information for designing new antioxidant drug molecules.
