摘  要:引汉济渭工程秦岭输水隧洞全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)掘进施工在试掘进阶段因遭遇高磨蚀性硬岩地层,滚刀发生异常磨损,施工进度严重滞后计划进度。为了减少刀具更换时间,节约施工成本,加快施工进度,必须找出滚刀异常磨损的规律并采取相应的处置措施。运用统计分析方法,通过对前2km试掘进段的正面、过渡段及边缘区域滚刀磨损情况进行详细分析,找出发生滚刀异常磨损现象的原因,研究滚刀磨损规律,确定滚刀磨损定量计算方法并提出相应的处置措施。结果表明,TBM滚刀发生异常磨损的原因为岩渣在开挖面底部堆积导致滚刀发生二次磨损。刀盘正面区域滚刀只发生一次磨损;刀盘边缘区域和过渡区域滚刀的磨损为直接破岩发生的一次磨损与重复破岩发生的二次磨损的叠加,刀盘过渡区域处的滚刀发生二次磨损最为严重,导致掘进过程中频繁换刀。施工中要及时停机并清理掉落物,及时更换磨损铲斗,避免岩渣在开挖面底部堆积。研究成果对降低高磨蚀性硬岩地层TBM滚刀异常磨损具有一定的参考价值,也为刀具设计及刀具消耗预测的研究提供依据。TBM encountered hard rock stratum of high abrasion property during the trial tunneling phase of tunneling construction in Qinling Water-conveyance Tunnel of Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Water Diversion Project. Its hobs were worn abnormally, and the construction progress seriously lagged the schedule. In order to reduce the time of cutter replacement, save the construction cost and speed up the construction progress, the rule of abnormal wear of hobs must be found out and corresponding disposal measures must be adopted. Using statistical analysis, the wear conditions of hobs in the frontal, transitional and edge areas at the pre-2km trail tunneling section are analyzed in detail to find out the causes of abnormal wear of hobs, to study the wear law of hobs, and to determine the quantitative calculation method of hob wear and put forward corresponding disposal measures. The results show that the cause of abnormal wear of TBM hobs is the secondary wear of hobs caused by the piling up of rock slag at the bottom of excavation face. There is only primary wear of hobs in the frontal area of the cutter head; the wears of hobs in the edge and transitional areas of the cutter head are overlaid by the primary wear of direct rock breaking and the secondary wear of repeated rock breaking. The secondary wear of the hobs in the transitional area of the cutter head is the most serious, which results in the frequent cutter replacement during tunneling process. Shut down the machine, clean up the falling objects and replace the worn bucket in time to avoid the piling up of rock slag at the bottom of excavation face. The research results is of a certain reference value for reducing abnormal wear of TBM hobs at hard rock stratum of high abrasion property. It also provides basis for the research of cutter design and cutter consumption prediction.
