摘　　要：泰康路历史风貌区向上连接着城市的历史,向下则连接着城市的未来,是区域空间发展轴线中的一个重要的节点。保留和进一步丰富泰康路的空间特色,将其发展为城市独具魅力的一处风景,有利于提升整个区域的空间品质。泰康路历史风貌区的发展是中国创意文化产业发展的代表,其正在经历的瓶颈正是其转型的关键。本文通过建筑空间,业态和居民三个角度,探寻泰康路历史风貌区转型发展的出路。The historical features of Taikang Road are connected with the history of the city upward and the future of the city down. It is an important node in the axis of regional spatial development. To preserve and further enrich the spatial characteristics of Taikang Road and develop it into a unique and charming landscape of the city will help to improve the spatial quality of the whole region. The development of Taikang Road＇s historical style is the representative of the development of Chinese creative culture industry, and the bottleneck it is experiencing is the key to its transformation. This paper explores the way out of the transformation and development of Taikang Road＇s historical features from three angles of architectural space, business style and residents.
