摘 要:为了观察尼达尼布脂质体治疗肺纤维化大鼠效果及其对血清羟脯氨酸、前列腺素E2水平及自主活动次数的影响。肺纤维化大鼠予以不同浓度尼达尼布脂质体灌胃治疗。用HE染色、Masson染色观察肺组织形态变化,用Aschroft评分评估肺纤维化程度,并测量血清羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平,观察大鼠自主活动次数。发现尼达尼布脂质体(高剂量组效果更佳)可改善肺纤维化程度,降低血清Hyp、PGE2水平,并不会引起大鼠自主活动次数增加。说明高剂量尼达尼布脂质体能显著改善肺纤维化大鼠的肺纤维化,降低血清羟脯氨酸、前列腺素E2水平且不会增加自主活动次数。In order to investigate the effect of Nintedanib liposome in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis rats and its effect on serum level of hydroxyproline, prostaglandin E2 and the number of autonomic activities. The pulmonary fibrosis rats were treated with different concentrations of nidagrinib liposomes gavage. The morphological changes of lung tissue were observed by HE staining and Masson staining. The degree of pulmonary fibrosis was assessed by Aschroft score. The changes of serum Hyp and PGE2 levels were measured. The number of autonomic activity was recorded. Results indicated that nidadipoliposomes (high-dose group better) can improve the degree of pulmonary fibrosis, reduce serum Hyp, PGE2 levels, and does not cause increased frequency of spontaneous activity in rats. The results showed that high-dose nidadinib liposome treatment of pulmonary fibrosis in rats can significantly reduce the level of pulmonary fibrosis, lower serum hydroxyproline, prostaglandin E2 levels and will not increase the number of spontaneous activity.
