复方α-酮酸片治疗糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、肾纤维化指标及氧化应激水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方α-酮酸片对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能、肾纤维化指标及氧化应激水平的影响。方法:选择我院肾病内科收治的糖尿病肾病患者180例,随机分为对照组与观察组各90例。给予对照组患者降压药物、控制饮食、控制血糖等常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上,给予复方α-酮酸片治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者肾功能、肾纤维化指标及氧化应激水平。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清中ALB、BUN、Cr、Hcy、VEGF及MDA水平明显低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者ALB、Hcy、VEGF及MDA水平明显低于对照组,差异对比有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清中GFR、HGF、T-AOC及SOD水平明显高于本组治疗前,且观察组患者血清中HGF、T-AOC及SOD水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方α-酮酸片治疗糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效,可通过显著改善患者肾纤维化状态,减少机体氧化应激反应,达到对肾脏的保护作用。Objective：To investigate the effects of Compoundα-Ketoacid Tablets on renal function,renal fibrosis indexes and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods：A total of 180 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Nephrology Department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given Compoundα-Ketoacid Tablets on the basis of the control group.Renal function,renal fibrosis index and oxidative stress levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the levels of serum ALB,BUN,Cr,Hcy,VEGF and MDA in the two groups were significantly decreased than that before the treatment,and the levels of ALB,Hcy,VEGF and MDA in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of serum GFR,HGF,T-AOC and SOD in the two groups were significantly increased than that before the treatment,and the levels of HGF,T-AOC and SOD in the serum of the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compoundα-Ketoacid Tablets has good effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.It can effectively improve the state of renal fibrosis and reduce the oxidative stress reaction of the patients,so as to achieve the protection of the kidney.
