摘　　要：目的:探讨粉尘螨滴剂联合匹多莫德对小儿变应性鼻炎合并哮喘患者炎症反应、免疫应答的影响。方法:选取在本院接受治疗的变应性鼻炎合并哮喘患儿118例作为研究对象,参照随机数表法将其分为对照组、粉尘螨滴剂组各59例。对照组在常规治疗同时加入匹多莫德治疗,粉尘螨滴剂组患者在常规治疗同时加入粉尘螨滴剂联合匹多莫德治疗。对比两组治疗前(T0)、治疗3月后(T1)、治疗6月后(T2)、治疗12月后(T3)炎症因子、细胞免疫指标、体液免疫指标水平的差异。结果:T0时,两组炎症因子、细胞免疫指标、体液免疫指标水平的差异不显著。T1、T2、T3时,粉尘螨滴剂组血清中炎症因子IL-2的含量高于对照组相应时间点,IL-4、IL-5、IL-9、IL-18的含量低于对照组相应时间点;外周血中细胞免疫指标CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+的水平高于对照组相应时间点;血清中体液免疫指标IgA、IgM、IgG的含量高于对照组相应时间点,IgE的含量低于对照组相应时间点。结论:变应性鼻炎合并哮喘患儿接受粉尘螨滴剂联合匹多莫德治疗,可有效减轻机体炎症反应程度并优化细胞及体液免疫功能。Objective：To investigate the effects of dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with pidotimod on inflammatory response and immune response in children with allergic rhinitis combined with asthma.Methods：A total of 118 children with allergic rhinitis combined with asthma who were treated in our hospital between December 2014 and May 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group（n=59）and dermatophagoides farinae drops group（n=59）by random number table method.Control group received both conventional therapy and pidotimod therapy,and dermatophagoides farinae drops group received both conventional therapy and dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with pidotimod therapy.The differences in inflammatory factor,cellular immunity index and humoral immunity index levels were compared between the two groups before treatment （T0）,after 3months of treatment （T1）,after 6months of treatment （T2）and after 12 months of treatment （T3）.Results：At T0,inflammatory factor,cellular immunity index and humoral immunity index levels were not significantly different between the two groups （P〉0.05）.At T1,T2and T3,serum inflammatory factors IL-2 contents of dermatophagoides farinae drops group were higher than those of control group at the corresponding time points whereas IL-4,IL-5,IL-9and IL-18contents were lower than those of control group at the corresponding time points（P〈0.05）;peripheral blood cellular immunity indexes CD3~＋,CD4~＋,CD8~＋ and CD4~＋/CD8~＋ levels were higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）;serum humoral immunity indexes IgA,IgM and IgG contents were higher than those of control group at the corresponding time points whereas IgE contents were lower than those of control group at the corresponding time points（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with pidotimod therapy can effectively reduce the inflammatory response degree and optimize the cellular and humoral immune function in children with allergi
