摘　　要：班风学风是一个班级内在与外在精神风貌的共同表现,班风学风的好坏直接影响学生的学习状态。本文从已有班级成绩分析班风学风建设的情况,从发现的问题出发,针对性地进行分析与剖析,并提出相应的解决策略与方法。Class style and study style is a common expression ofthe inner and outer spirit of a class. The quality of class style andstudy style directly affects students＇ learning status. This paperanalyzes the situation of class style and study style constructionfrom the analysis of the performance of the existing classes, con-ducts targeted analysis to deal with the existing problems, andproposes corresponding solutions and methods.
