床边护理查房对骨科护理管理工作质量的影响及效果评估

摘　　要：目的对比分析常规护理查房和床边护理查房对骨科护理管理工作质量的影响。方法选取2016年4月~2017年4月本院收治的骨科患者130例,随机分为两组,其中对照组65例,给予常规护理查房;试验组65例,给予床边护理查房。对比两组医护满意率、护患满意率,同时利用整体护理查房的质量评分标准对两组不同护理措施进行评分。结果试验组的医护满意率以及护患满意率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的整体护理查房的质量评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施床边护理查房不仅有利于护理人员与医师的沟通,同时可增进护理人员与患者之间的相互理解,有利于护理工作的顺利进展。此外,床边护理查房还可以提高护理人员的临床护理技能和专业知识水平,该查房模式值得在临床进行推广应用。Objective To compare and analyze the impact of routine nursing care and bedside nursingcare on the quality of orthopedic care management. Methods 130 Orthopedic patients admitted to ourhospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly selected. 65 patients were randomly selectedas the control group, and carried out routine nursing care. 65 patients were randomly selected as theexperimental group, and carried out bedside nursing care. The satisfaction rates of the doctors andnurses, the nurses and patients were compared, respectively.Meanwhile, the quality score standards ofthe overall nursing inspection were used to evaluate the different nursing measures of the two groups.Results The satisfaction rates of the doctors and nurses, the nurses and patients for the experimentalgroup was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The quality score of the overall nursing ward in the experimental group was significantly higherthan that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Theimplementation of bedside nursing care not only facilitates the communication between nursing staff andphysicians,but also enhances mutual understanding between nursing staff and patients, which is conduciveto the smooth progress of nursing work. In addition, bedside nursing care can also improve the clinicalnursing skills and professional knowledge of nursing staff, which was worthy of promotion and applicationin clinical practice.
