摘　　要：目的探讨左卡尼汀口服液联合补肾强精颗粒对弱精子症(肾精亏虚)患者精子DNA完整性的临床疗效。方法选取我院男性不育科门诊收治的124例弱精子症(肾精亏虚)伴有精子DNA碎片率偏高患者。随机分成3组,A组(左卡尼汀组40例);B组(补肾强精颗粒组41例);C组(左卡尼汀+补肾强精颗粒43例)分别给药,3个月后复查精液常规及精子DNA碎片率DFI(%),比较3个月后三组精子前向运动率(PR)、总活动率及精子DFI。结果三组治疗总有效率,C组为95.3%明显优于A组的80%和B组的75.6%;DFI、PR及精子总活率比较,C组显著优于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与B组治疗后比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论左卡尼汀口服液联合补肾强精颗粒组治疗弱精子(肾精亏虚)DFI、PR及精子总活率上疗效明显优于单药组,临床安全性高,具有一定的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of L-carnitine oral liquid combined with Bushenqiangjing granule on sperm DNA integrity in asthenospermia patients.Methods A total of 128 cases of weak sperm （Kidney deficiency） from out-patient male infertility clinics in Nanchang Reproductive Hospital were randomly divided into three groups：group A （levocarnitine group, 40 cases）, group B （Bushenqijing granule group, group C,41 cases）,（Levocarnitine＋Bushen Qiangjing granule 43 cases） were given for 3 months, 3 months after the review sperm DNA fragmentation rate and DFI （%）, compared with the combination of medication and only 3 months after Sperm forward movement rate （PR）,total activity rate and the efficacy of sperm DFl.Results The total effective rate of group C was 95.3%, which was significantly better than that of group A 80% and group B 75.6%. The total effective rate of DFI, PR and sperm was higher than that of group C （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between group A and group B after treatment （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of levocarnitine oral solution combined with Bushen Qiangjing granule in treating weak spermatozoa（Kidney deficiency） DFI, PR and total sperm motility is obviously better than that of single drug group. It has high clinical safety and certain clinical value.
