摘　　要：这是一种新型的吸油材料,不但具有吸附率高、流失率低的特点,还摒弃了难以再生的缺陷,通过高浓度乙醇的解吸,可达到重复利用的效果。本文着重介绍硫酸铵料液深度除油工艺的流程,以及融入这种吸油材料的除油装置在自动化控制中的重难点,并且对装置的优化改进提出了建设性意见。This is a new type of oil absorbing material, not only has the characteristics of high adsorption rate and low loss rate, but also spurn the defect that is hard to regenerate. Through desorption of high concentration ethanol, the effect of reutilization can be achieved. This paper mainly introduces the process of deep deoiling process for ammonia sulfate, and the importance and difficulty of the deoiling device incorporated into the oil absorbing material in automatic control, putting forward constructive suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the device.
