摘　　要：我国投资融资体制改革已取得很重大进展。但是仍存在一些问题 ,主要是 :社会融资结构不合理 ,社会融资风险难以释放 ;投资主体没有形成一个完整体系 ,社会融投资效率不高 ;社会投资效益不好 ;缺乏风险投资机制。改革的思路是 :进一步转变政府职能 ,必须加快资本市场的建设步伐。We have gotten great advance about the transform of investment and finance system in our country. but there are still some questions in the system at present, the main questions are: society finance stracture is unrational, so the society finance risk can not be released effectively; investment mainstay have not formed a complete system, so the society investment and finance efficiency are not good; investment effect is not high; there is no a system of risk investment. the ideas of deepening transform are: goverment function should be changed further; we must speed up the process of builting the capital market.
