Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Manuscript Rejection on the Website Platform of Journal of Kunming Metallurgy College since 2011

摘　　要：针对一些作者向《昆明冶金高等专科学校学报》投稿因为各种原因而未被录用的问题,从2011年1月至2018年8月网站平台投稿系统中随机抽取500篇退稿进行统计分析,找出初审、专家复审、编委终审3个审稿阶段不同退稿理由并分类,依此为不同原因的退稿找到了相应的对策,以期能减少作者投稿的盲目性,帮助作者写出合乎《昆明冶金高等专科学校学报》发表要求的论文。With the problem that some authors contribute to Journal of Kunming Metallurgy College have not been accepted due to various reasons.500 articles were randomly selected from the contribution system of the website platform from January 2011 to August 2018 for statistical analysis. Based on the result of statistical analysis, the reasons of manuscript rejection in reviewer stage were analyzed and classified. The reviewer stage includes three links which are first review, expert reexamination and final appeal of the editorial committee. The corresponding countermeasures for the different reasons of manuscript rejection also were found, which might help reduce the blindness of the authors submission and help the author write papers that correspond to the requirements of Journal of Kunming Metallurgy College .
