摘 要:本研究针对低温工况下,轴承的发热量、润滑流量需求、润滑油选择和散热系统匹配等问题对大功率分动器润滑系统的影响,建立相应的液压系统仿真模型,通过低温工况的润滑流量分配仿真,设计调整润滑系统管路。通过模拟低温台架试验,验证改进后的大功率分动器润滑散热系统能够满足某多轴超重型底盘在-40℃极限低温环境下不经预热而直接进行取力的使用要求。The research carried out in-depth studies on issues such as heat generation,lubrication flow requirements,lubricant selection,and heat-dissipation system matching in a low-temperature conditions,and developed an improved the lubrication system of the high-power transfer case, established a corresponding hydraulic system simulation model, and adopted simulation technology to adjust the lubrication flow distribution based on the low temperature environment conditions. Finally,it verified that the improved high-power transfer case lubrication and heat dissipation system could meet the multi-axis super heavy-duty chassis the requirements of the park-force work without preheating at the extreme lowtemperature environment in the simulation of the low-temperature test bench.
