摘 要:为了研究螺栓连接薄弱区的抗弹性能,建立53式7.62 mm普通钢芯弹侵彻螺栓连接薄弱区数值仿真模型,进行相同边界条件下的弹道试验,通过对比分析仿真结果与试验结果,验证了仿真模型精度。为增强螺栓连接薄弱区的抗弹丸侵彻能力,在螺栓安装孔背部设计了一种加强板结构,通过数值仿真方法确定了加强板的最小厚度。仿真结果表明,安装加强板结构能够有效提高螺栓连接薄弱区的抗弹性能。To study the resistance to elasticity of the weak area of the bolt connection,a numerical simulation model of the 53-type 7. 62 mm ordinary steel core projectile penetrating the bolted weak area was established,while some ballistic tests were done under the same conditions. It verifies the accuracy of the simulation model by comparing the simulation results with the test results. In order to further enhance the penetration resistance of projectiles in the weakened area of the bolted connection,a reinforced plate structure was designed on the back of the bolt mounting hole. The minimum thickness of the reinforcing plate was determined by numerical simulation. The simulation results show that the installation of the reinforcing plate structure can effectively improve the anti-elasticity of the weak area of the bolt connection.
