泻肝补肾法对慢性前列腺炎模型大鼠前列腺组织细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨泻肝补肾法治疗慢性前列腺炎的作用机理,进一步指导临床用药。方法:大鼠前列腺背叶注入25%消痔灵注射液0. 2ml/只,建立慢性前列腺炎模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组、泻肝补肾高剂量组和泻肝补肾低剂量组,每组12只。经泻肝补肾方法治疗30d后,处死大鼠取出前列腺组织。计数前列腺指数、计数白细胞和卵磷脂小体、在光镜下观察大鼠前列腺组织病理变化、检测前列腺组织中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的水平。结果:泻肝补肾法显著降低了前列腺指数,降低了白细胞数并升高了卵磷脂小体数,同时改善了大鼠前列腺组织病理变化,降低了前列腺组织中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的含量。结论:泻肝补肾法对慢性前列腺炎有较好的治疗效果,其作用机制可能与降低了前列腺内细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平有关。Objective：To study the mechanisnl of the treatment of chronic prostatitis by Xiegan Bushen therapy, in order to further guide the clinical medication. Methods： The prostatic dorsal lobe of rats was injected with 0.2 ml of 25% Xiaozhiling injection to establish the model of chronic prostatitis. The rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, positive group, high dosage group and low dosage group. The prostate tissue was executed at 30d after treatment by Xiegan Bushen therapy. The prostate index, white blood cell and lecithin body were counted; pathological changes in prostate tissue were observed under light microscope; TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 in prostate tissue was detected. Results： The prostatic index was significantly reduced; the number of white blood cells was decreased and the number of lecithin body was increased; the pathological changes in prostate tissue were improved, and the content of cytokine TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in prostate tissue was reduced. Conclusions： Xiegan Bushen therapy has good effect on chronic prostatitis, whose mechanisnl may be related to the decrease of the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8.
