摘　　要：目的:探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-Ami-nolevulinic acid-Photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)联合重组人干扰素α-2b注射治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣的治疗效果、复发率和远期患者生活质量。方法:收集2015年7月至2016年7月于鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院收治确诊尿道口尖锐湿疣的患者80例,按照患者就诊的先后顺序随机分成观察组和对照组,两组均进行ALA-PDT治疗,观察组在此基础上加用重组人干扰素α-2b。分别于术前、后测定患者治疗效果、病毒清除率、复发率及患者生活质量评分。结果:两组治疗后,总有效率均为100%,对照组治愈30例,显效10例;观察组治愈38例,显效2例;对照组复发率为25%,观察组复发率7. 5%,两组复发率差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),治疗后1个月两组生活质量评分均有显著改善。对照组治疗后HPV16/18型感染1例,HPV6/11型感染15例,清除率达60%,观察组治疗后HPV16/18型感染2例,HPV6/11型感染5例,清除率达82. 5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:ALAPDT联合重组人干扰素α-2b能够有效治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣,降低复发率,提高病毒清除率,改善患者远期生活质量。Objective：To study the efficiency, recurrence rate and long-term quality of life of male patients with condyloma acuminate （CA） at urethral orifice by 5- aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） combined with recombinant human interferon α -2b injection. Methods ： 80 male patients diagnosed with CA at urethral orifice in Huangshi Central Hospital of Edong Health-care Group from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients in the two groups were treated by ALA-PDT, on which basis the observation group received recombinant human interferon α -2b. The treatment effect, virus clearance rate, recurrence rate and quality of life score were measured before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate was 100% in both groups. There were 30 eases cured and 10 eases markedly effective in the control group, 38 eases cured and 2 eases markedly effective in the observation group; the recurrence rate of the control group and observation group was 25% and 7. 5% respectively, all with statistically significant differenees between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores of quality- of life of the two groups were significantly improved at a month after treatment. There was a ease of HPV16/18 infeetion and 15 eases of HPV6/11 infection in the con- trol group after treatment, the clearance rate of 60% , while 2 eases of HPV16/18 infeetion and 5 eases of HPV6/11 infeetion in the observation group after treatment, the clearance rate of 82. 5%, with statistically significant differenees （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： ALA-PDT combined with recombinant human interferon α -2b can effectively treat CA at male urethral meatus, reduce the recurrence rate, improve the viral clearance rate, and improve the long-term quality of life.
