补肾活血法治疗男科疾病浅谈

摘　　要：中医学认为诸多男科疾病的发病与肾虚、血瘀关系密切,如勃起功能障碍、慢性前列腺炎、慢性尿道炎、尿石症等。肾虚血瘀是男科疾病发病的重要病机,补肾活血法是治疗男科疾病的重要方法,临床应用该法治疗男科疾病有一定的疗效。若能对补肾活血法治疗男科具体应用及治疗机理开展进一步的研究,对于探索男性生理病理,指导疾病防治,乃至繁衍后代,都将大有益处。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that kidney deficiency and blood stasis has close relationship with male physiology, such as erectile dysfunction, chronic prostatitis, chronic urethritis, urinary and so on. Kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the basic etiology of andrology. The application of invigorating kidney and activating blood circulation is an important methodin eliniealwith certain therapeutic effect. Therefore, further research about the clinical application of invigorating kidney and activating blood is beneficial to exploring male physiology- and pathology, guiding disease prevention and even improving human reproduction.
