摘  要:将VA菌根菌和弗兰克氏菌混合接种于杨梅,研究两者的互作关系及其对杨梅生长发育的促进效应。结果表明,VA菌根菌与弗兰克氏菌之间存在协同效应,混合接种可以显著促进杨梅苗期的生长。进一步研究混合接种对杨梅早期营养生长和生殖生长的影响表明,混合接种能同时促进杨梅果树的营养生长与生殖生长,而且越早接种效果越明显。其中,以当年生幼苗进行混合接种的效果最佳,种植第4年开始结果,第6年进入盛果期,平均单株产量达33.66 kg,平均单果重达25.24 g,分别比对照(未接种)提高26.85%、21.89%。Vesicular-arbuscular (VA) mycorrhiza and Frankia tungi were mixed and inoculated into the Chinese bayberry ( Morella rubra) trees to study the interactions between the two tungi and its promoting effect on the growth of Chinese bayberru trees at early stage. The results showed that there was a synergistic ettect between VA mycorrhiza and Frankia tungi, and that, mixed tungal inoculation could significantly improve the growth and development of Chinese baybeny seedlings. Based on it, the promotion ettects of mixed tungal inoculation on early vegetative growth and reproductive growth of Chinese bayberry were thrther studied. The results showed that mixed inoculation could ettectively promote the early growth and development of Chinese bayben3% and that, the earlier the inoculation, the more obvious the improvement. Chinese bayberry trees that were inoculated with both thngi at the seedling stage could set fruits in the fourth year after planting and enter the prime fi'uiting stage in the sixth year. The average single plant yield and single fruit weight were 33.66 kg and 25.24 g, respectively, representing an increase of 26.85% and 21.89%, respectively, when compared with the controls (no inoculation).
