金银花化学成分及药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：金银花是我国的传统中药,在疾病的治疗、食品、化妆品以及保健品等行业有广泛应用.金银花具有广阔的发展前景,有关金银花的研究也越来越受到人们的关注.通过查阅近些年来国内外有关金银花化学成分以及药理作用的文献,并对其进行分析,发现金银花的主要化学成分为有机酸、挥发油、黄酮、环烯醚萜、三萜及三萜皂苷和微量元素等.药理研究表明,金银花具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、保肝利胆、降血糖、降血脂、增强免疫、抗氧化、抗生育、止血等作用.文章通过对金银花的化学成分和药理作用进行综述,以期为金银花的深入研究提供参考.Lonicera japonica Thunb is a Traditional Chinese Medicine in our country. It has been widely used in the treatment of diseases,foods,cosmetics and health products industries. Lonicera japonica Thunb has broad prospects for development and is also getting more and more attention. Through the review of the literature about the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Lonicera japonica Thunb in recent years,the main chemical components of Lonicera japonica Thunb are organic acids,volatile oils,flavonoids,iridoids,triterpenes,triterpenoid saponins,trace elements and so on. The main pharmacological effects are antibiosis,anti-inflammation,protecting liver and gallbladder,lowering blood-sugar,lowering blood-lipid,adjusting immune functions,antioxidation,antifertility,hemostasis and other effects. In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Lonicera japonica Thunbs were reviewed in order to provide reference for further research.
