摘 要:近年来,lncRNAs引起了研究者的广泛关注.随着实验技术与智能计算方法的快速发展,lncRNAs已经被证明与人类的许多复杂疾病息息相关.相比一般的实验方法而言,智能算法能够更高效、更便捷的预测与疾病相关的lncRNAs,并且挑选出可能性最高的lncRNAs加以实验验证,从而提高效率增强可靠性.文章以随机游走算法为例,首先综述了lncRNAs与随机游走智能算法的相关概念及随机游走算法的应用范围与局限性,其次在预测lncRNAs与疾病关系中,通过数学模型来说明传统随机游走与改进随机游走的本质区别,最后讨论了其发展趋势.In recent years,lncRNAs have attracted the attention of researchers. With the rapid development of experimental techniques and intelligent computing methods,lncRNAs have been shown to be associated with many complex diseases of humans. Compared with the general experimental methods,the intelligent algorithms can predict the disease-related lncRNAs more efficiently and more easily. Intelligent algorithms can pick out the most likely lncRNAs to beexperimentally validated to improve efficiency and enhance reliability. In this paper,the Random Walk Algorithm is taken as an example. Firstly,we descripted the concept of lncRNAs and Random Walk Intelligence Algorithms and introduced the application scope and limitation of Random Walk Algorithm. Secondly,we illustrated the essential difference between the traditional Random Walk and the Improved Random Walk through the mathematical model in predicting the relationship between lncRNAs and diseases. Finally,we discussed the prospect of Random Walk Algorithm.
