摘 要:深圳市某农庄鱼塘水华爆发时,联合使用化学除藻剂和生物除藻剂对鱼塘应急治理,研究投加量对水质和生态恢复的影响。结果表明,两种除藻剂联合使用可以快速除藻并长期控藻。化学除藻剂投加量为20 mg/L时,蓝藻去除效果较好,且无残留毒性;投加量为5 mg/L时,只能杀灭水面蓝藻;投加量为50 mg/L时,对生态造成破坏。在化学除藻剂投加量适当的情况下,10 mg/L的生物除藻剂可以在2~3天内成长为优势群落,实现净化水质,长效控藻的目的。Chemical algaecide and biological algaecide were used together for emergency control of algae bloom in a fishpond in Shenzhen. The impact on water quality and environmental restoration was studied. Result shows that combined use of two kind of algaecide could remove algae quickly and control algae chronically. At the dose of 20mg/L, Chemical algaecide could remove algae quickly without residual toxicity. When the dosage was 5mg/L, chemical algaecide can but kill the algae on the surface. And it killed the environment at the dose of 50mg/L. If the chemical algaecide was used properly, biological algaecide could become dominant community within 2~3 days, purify the water and control the amount of algae chronically.
