摘　　要：针对部分气瓶失效案例,从材料成分、力学性能、金相组织、断口开裂特征、断口能谱分析和残留物成分及物相组成等方面展开分析研究,找出失效原因,并从气瓶用户使用方面提出针对性的应对建议。For gas cylinder part failure cases, from material composition, mechanical properties, microstructure, fracture crack characteristics, fracture surface energy spectrum analysis and residue composition and phase composition and other aspects of analysis research, find out the failure reason, and from the aspects of users use cylinders should be targeted suggestions.
