西咪替丁联合用药治疗过敏性紫癜研究进展

摘　　要：西咪替丁属H2受体阻滞剂，竞争拮抗人体皮肤和血管的H1和H两组胺受体，组织组胺激活小血管H2受体，使其通透性降低，减少皮下组织、黏膜及内脏器官水肿和出血，从而使皮肤紫癜迅速消退。治疗过敏性紫癜效果显著，但有一定的毒副作用，本文就西咪替丁与各类药物联合应用治疗过敏性紫癜的研究进展进行综述。Cimetidine H2 receptor blockers, competitive antagonist human skin and blood vessels of H1 and H2 histamine receptors, histamine activated small blood vessels, H2 receptor to lower the permeability, reduce subcutaneous tissue edema and hemorrhage, mucous membranes, and internal organs, so that the skin purpura quickly subsided, it＇s a big progress in the treatment of allergic purpura, but has certain side effects, in this paper, the combined use of cimetidine and all kinds of drugs for the treatment of allergic purpura method, so as to reduce side effects were revlewed.
