胱抑素C和心室重构在心衰患者中的相关性

摘　　要：目的探究与分析胱抑素C和心室重构在心衰患者中的相关性。方法选取我院自2014年10月~2016年10月收治的80例心衰患者,收集该组患者的静脉血,为其测量血清胱抑素C浓度,按照慢性心衰患者血清胱抑素C浓度分为胱抑素C正常组与胱抑素C异常组,每组各40例,采用超声心动图对两组患者的心功能指标进行测量,并分析胱抑素C和心室重构在心衰患者中的相关性。结果两组患者性别、年龄、病程、疾病类型、心功能指标相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组对照组相比IVST高、LVM高、LAD高、LVD高、LVEF低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。行Pearson相关分析可见,心衰患者血清胱抑素C与LAD、IVST、LVM呈现出显著的相关性(r分别为0.567、0.873、0.935,P<0.05)。结论在心衰患者中,血清胱抑素C与心室重构具有显著的相关性,能够用于临床诊断。Objective to explore and analyze the correlation between cystatin C and ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure. Selection. Methods Our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 treated 80 cases of patients with heart failure, this group of patients with venous blood collection, for the measurement of serum（inhibition concentration C, according to the serum of patients with chronic heart failure（urinary inhibition C inhibition concentration C is divided into normal and abnormal urinary inhibition C group, 40 cases in each group, using echocardiography to measure cardiac function indexes of two groups of patients, and analyze the elf inhibition C and ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, course of disease, disease type, cardiac function index（P〉0.05）. Compared with IVST, LVM, LAD, LVD and LVEF in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum cystatin C was significantly correlated with LAD, IVST and LVM（r = 0.567, 0.873, 0.935, P〈0.05） in patients with heart failure. Conclusion Serum cystatin C is significantly associated with ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure and can be used in clinical diagnosis.
