摘  要:氧化膜对铸件缩孔的形成具有重要影响。运用ANSYS软件分析了氧化膜对合金熔体导热过程的影响,提出氧化膜除了作为缩孔的异质形核点,还通过隔热作用造成合金熔体显著的局部过热,加强了缩孔的形成倾向。分析结果表明,氧化膜的长度以及氧化膜与熔体表面的距离对熔体局部过热有显著的影响。The oxide film plays a significant role in the casting formation of shrinkage porosity. Based on analysis of the effect of the oxide film on the heat conducting in the melt with ANSYS, it introduces that apart from being the heterogeneous nucleus for shrinkage porosity, the oxide film creates obvious local heating by heat insulation and strengthens the formation tendency of shrinkage porosity. The results show that the length of the oxide film and the distance between the oxide film and the melt surface have obvious effect on the local heating.
