摘　　要：为了缓解电子商务行业物流环节包裹包装压力,运用复合设计结构矩阵的设计方案生成方法,设计了一种以瓦楞纸板作为包装材料的纸箱自动封装装置。基于黑箱理论,分析了该装置的功能,建立了功能模型。在对功能模型抽象及分解的基础上,定义了相关设计矩阵,通过将设计方案矩阵与设计结构矩阵耦合的方式筛选出最优设计方案,并完成整个自动封装装置的机构设计。In order to alleviate the pressure of parcel packaging in the logistics sector of e-commerce industry, it proposes a generation method of design scheme based on multi-matrix, uses corrugated cardboard as packaging material to design an automatic packaging machine. It analyzes the functions of the device in black box method, creats a functional model. Abstracting and decomposing the functions, it defines the related design matrixes. It combines the design structure matrix with design solution matrix, obtains the optimal design scheme. The test shows that the products meet the packaging quality requirements.
