微山金源煤矿重介选煤工艺选择分析

摘　　要：选煤的目的是将精煤与矸石等杂质进行分离,目前常用的方法包括跳汰选煤法和重介质选煤法。以微山金源煤矿重介质选煤为例,对重介选煤工艺和重介质旋流器的区别进行比对分析,旨在使重介质选煤工艺的优势明晰化,为选煤厂确定洗选工艺提供一定的帮助。The purpose of coal preparation is to separate gangue from coal. The common coal preparation methods include jigging coal preparation method and dense medium coal preparation method. Taking Weishan Jinyuan coal mine as an exampie, the difference of dense medium coal preparation technology and dense medium cyclone was analyzed, and the advantages of dense medium coal preparation technology were pointed out,which can provide some help for the coal preparation plant to determine the washing process.
