摘 要:以3年生黑果腺肋花楸为研究对象,设置3种不同扦插基质处理,以原土为对照,研究不同基质处理对黑果腺肋花楸嫩枝扦插幼苗成活和生长的影响。结果表明:与原土对照相比,3种基质均能有效提高嫩枝扦插的成活率,以处理3(原土∶草炭土∶珍珠岩=1∶3∶1)的成活率最高,达88.33%,促进幼苗生长效果也最好,苗高和地径分别达到23.13cm和3.16mm,地上和地下生物量累积最高,分别为4.92g和2.61g。Taking three-year-old Aronia melanocarpa as the research material, setting three different cuttage substrates, the effects of different matrix treatments on survival & growth of the shoot cuttings were studied contrasted by original soil. Result shows that: compared with the original soil,three kinds of substrates could effectively improve the survival rate of the cuttings, and the survival rate of the 3rd treatment is Rinds of the highest, reaching 88.33%;the seedling growth is the optimal, the height & ground diameter of the seedlings reach 23.13 cm and 3.16 mm respectively;the highest accumulation of above-grounded and underground biomass is 4.92 g and 2.61 g, respectively.
