摘　　要：以丙烯酸酯单体(硬、软)、功能单体等为主要原料,采用核-壳结构工艺合成净味低或零VOC(挥发性有机化合物)聚合物乳液,它采用经修饰处理后的纳米无机固体颗粒(OMMT、TiO_2、SiO_2)混合物替代大部分传统有机表面活性剂,通过固体粒子吸附在水界面处形成热稳定性的乳化体系。这种乳液无需添加成膜助剂或仅添加很少的成膜助剂,VOC含量极低,无刺激性气味。采用该乳液制备的净味绿色环保型系列涂料,无毒、无味、不燃、渗透力强,可在低温环境下施涂,涂膜具有优异的附着力、抗开裂性、耐水性、防潮性、耐擦洗性、抗沾污性、防霉防藻性和耐候性等,不仅是理想的室内用涂料,也能用作户外防护与装饰涂料。Using acrylate monomer （hard, soft）, functional monomer as the main raw material, a odor free low or zero VOC （ volatile organic compound ） polymer emulsion was synthesized by a core-shell structure process. It replaced most of the traditional organic surfactants with a modified mixture of nano-inorganic solid particles（OMMT, TiO2, SiO2 ）, and formed a thermally stable emulsion system by solid particle adsorption at the water interface. This emulsion does not require the addition of a film-forming aid or only a small amount of film-forming aid, and has a very low V0C content and no pungent odor. The odor free and green environmental protection series coatings prepared by using the emulsion has characteristics of non-toxic, odorless, non-combustible, strong penetrating power and can be applied under low temperature environment, and the coating film has excellent adhesion, crack resistance, water resistance and moisture resistance, scrub resistance, stain resistance, mildew resistance, algae resistance and weather resistance, which is not only ideal for indoor coating, but also can be used as outdoor protection and decorative coatings.
