胃癌手术前后不同时间点耳穴贴压对胃肠功能恢复的影响效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌手术前后不同时间阶段耳穴贴压对胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选取141例胃癌手术患者,随机划分为常规组(胃癌术后常规治疗)、研究A组(常规治基础上应用耳穴贴压时间点为术前1d)和研究B组(常规治基础上应用耳穴贴压时间为术后5h),3组各47例患者,术后对比分析3组初次排便时间和肛门初次排气时间。结果:常规组术后初次排便/排气时间为(122.06±29.08)h,研究A组术后初次排便/排气时间为(75.34±25.13)h,研究B组术后初次排便/排气时间为(100.79±27.66)h。研究A组与研究B组术后初次排便/排气时间较常规组更短,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌术后,为患者耳穴贴压,能够有效帮助患者恢复胃肠功能,术前1d耳穴贴压对胃肠功能恢复的影响最积极,效果明显优于术后。Objective： To investigate the effect of auricular point sticking on the recovery of gastrointestinal function at different stages before and after gastric cancer surgery. Methods： 141 cases of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into routine group （routine treatment of postoperative gastric cancer）, study group A （conventional treatment based on the application of auricular point in time for preoperative 1D）, study group B （conventional treatment based on the application of auricular pressure time after 5h）, each group had 47 patients. The initial defecation time and the first anal exhaust time after surgery were compared between the three groups. Results： The normal group after the initial defecation / exhaust time was （122.06±29.08）h; study group A after the initial defecation / exhaust time was （75.34±25.13）h; the initial defecation / postoperative exhaust time for study group B （100.79±27.66）h. The initial defecation / exhaust time in group A and group B was shorter than that in the conventional group,the difference had statistically difference（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The auricular point sticking can effectively help the patients recover the gastrointestinal function after the operation of gastric cancer. The effect of auricular point sticking on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the time of preoperative 1D is more positive than that of postoperation.
