孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗老年支气管哮喘(Bronchial asthma,BA)的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年1月~2017年9月某院收治的老年BA患者146例,按照随机数字表法分成联合组与对照组各73例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予布地奈德吸入治疗;在对照组基础上,联合组给予孟鲁司特治疗。观察治疗前后两组肺功能、哮喘控制得分及不良反应。结果:治疗后,联合组PEF、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标及哮喘得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组总有效率(79.45%)高于对照组(95.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期内两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:孟鲁司特与布地奈德联合治疗老年BA疗效显著。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of monrustown combined with budesonide in treating with elderly bronchial asthma （Bronchial asthma, BA）. Methods： 146 cases of elderly BA patients admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to September 2017 were selected, and 73 cases were divided into joint group and control group according to the random number table method. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with budesonide inhalation therapy. On the basis of the control group, the joint group gave menuster treatment. Observed lung function, asthma control scores and adverse reactions of two groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, PEF, FEV1/FVC and other lung function indexes and asthma scores of the joint group were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate （79.45%）of the joint group was higher than the control group （95.89%）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment period. Conclusion： The effect of monrustown and budesonide in treating elderly BA is remarkable.
