留置胃管护理干预在麻疹合并喉炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的:比较应用留置胃管的护理干预与常规护理对麻疹合并喉炎患儿并发吸入性肺炎发生率的影响。方法:选取196例麻疹合并喉炎患儿作为研究对象,将2012年10月~2014年4月住院的96例麻疹合并喉炎患儿作为对照组,2014年12月~2016年7月住院的100例麻疹合并喉炎患儿作为干预组,对照组接受麻疹专科疾病常规护理,干预组在专科疾病常规护理基础上实施留置胃管护理干预方案,比较两组患儿并发吸入性肺炎情况。结果:干预组患儿护理期间吸入性肺炎发生率为2%(2/100),明显低于对照组发生率83.3%(80/96),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:留置胃管护理干预在麻疹合并喉炎患儿的应用中,吸入性肺炎发生率较低,值得推广应用。Objective： To compare the application of indwelling gastric tube nursing intervention and routine nursing on children with measles with laryngitis and incidence of aspiration pneumonia. Methods： Selected 196 cases of children with measles combined laryngitis as the research object,96 cases of children with measles combined merger laryngitis in a hospital from 2012.10 to 2014.4 as control group, and 100 cases of children with measles combined merger laryngitis in a hospital from 2014.12 to 2016.07 as intervention group.The control group accepted routine specialist disease nursing,the intervention group was treated with indwelling gastric tube nursing intervention program implementation on the basis of routine specialist disease nursing. Compared the situation of two groups of children complicated by aspiration pneumonia. Results： The incidence of aspiration pneumonia of intervention group during patients nursing was 2% （2/100）, significantly lower than the incidence of control group 83.3% （80/96）, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the application of indwelling gastric tube nursing intervention in children with measles combined laryngitis applications, incidence of aspiration pneumonia is low,which is worthy of popularization and application.
