摘 要:目的评价临床路径教学法相对于传统教学法对我国住院医师规范化培训教学效果的影响。方法通过网络数据库检索国内对比两种教学方法的研究文献,应用Meta分析进行系统评价。结果参加临床路径教学法培训的住院医师的综合成绩、理论考试、技能操作、病例分析考核成绩均明显优于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床路径教学法在培养临床思维、激发学习兴趣、规范诊疗行为、提高解决问题能力及教学满意度等方面明显优于传统教学法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径教学法在住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果总体优于传统教学法。Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of clinical pathway teaching method in standardized training of residents,compared with the traditional teaching method.Methods We searched the network database for the studies for comparing this two kinds of teaching methods in China,and analyzed with the Meta-analysis.Results The scores of comprehensive examination,theory examination,clinical skill assessment and case analysis examination of clinical pathway teaching group were better than the traditional teaching group(P〈0.05).In the field of taining the clinical thinking,arousing learning interest,standardizing the diagnosis and treatment,improving clinical problem-solving ability and satisfaction of teaching,the clinical pathway teaching group was better than the traditional teaching group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The effect of clinical pathway teaching method totally better than the traditional teaching method in standardized training of residents in China.
