RP-HPLC法同时测定骨刺消痛胶囊中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量

摘　　要：目的测定骨刺消痛胶囊中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法分析,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4. 6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0. 1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至6. 5)(55∶45),流速为1. 0mL·min-1,检测波长为300nm。结果欧前胡素和异欧前胡素分别在14. 15~283. 00μg·m L-1和8. 04~160. 80μg·m L-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为96. 53%和98. 30%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于骨刺消痛胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Guci Xiaotong Capsules. METHODS The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C 18 column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） by RP-HPLC.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^ -1 and the absorbance at 300nm was measured.The mobile phase is methanol-0.1% phosphate （triethylamine adjust to pH=6.5） （55∶ 45）. RESULTS The imperatorin and isoimperatorin linear range were 14.15-283.00μg·mL -1 and 8.04-160.80μg·mL^ -1 .The average recoveries were 96.53% and 98.30%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Guci Xiaotong Capsule.
