摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定热痹清片中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用Ultimate-C18色谱柱,甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相;流速0. 8mL·min-1;检测波长270nm。结果丹参酮ⅡA在14. 54~290. 8μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1. 0000),平均回收率为97. 86%,RSD=1. 02%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于热痹清片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determinate Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Rebiqing tablets by HPLC. METHODS The chromatographic column was Ultimate-C 18 column with methanol-waters（80∶ 20） as the mobile phase,The detection wavelength was 270nm and the flow rate was 0.8mL·min^-1 . RESULTS The Tanshinone Ⅱ A had a good linear relationship in the range of 14.54-290.8μg（r=1.0000）,the average recovery was 97.86% and RSD was 1.02%（n=6）. CONCLUSION The method is accuracy,sensitive and simple,and can be used for the quality control of Rebiqing tablets.
