摘　　要：建立起经济型数控机床与外部设备的联系是中小型机械制造企业实施"机器换人"投入较少的途径之一。以经济型数控机床安全防护门的自动化开关改造为例,阐述了CNC系统M指令执行过程和气动系统运行过程,并设计出经济型数控机床安全防护门自动开关的PMC程序和气动系统,实现了防护门自动开关的改造,为中小型机械制造企业利用PMC程序和气动系统实施生产装备的升级改造提供了一定的参考。The establishment of the connection between the economic CNC machine tool and the external equip-ment is one of the few ways for the small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises to implement the＂machine replacement＂. In this paper,the transformation of automatic switch for safety protection door of economicCNC machine tool is taken as an example. The execution process of theM instruction and the operation process ofthe pneumatic system in the CNC system are described,then design the PMC program and pneumatic system ofthe automatic switch of the economical CNC machine tool safety protection door,it has Realized the transformationof automatic switch of protective door. This research provides a certain reference for the small and medium ma-chinery manufacturing enterprises to use the PMC program and the pneumatic system to implement the upgradingand upgrading of the production equipment.
