摘　　要：针对高速啤酒灌装机提升气缸的润滑需要,设计了一种适合多气缸工作的稀油润滑装置。该装置主要由储油罐体、管路以及单向阀等组成。工作时压缩空气通入罐体,使罐内产生饱和油气进入管路和气缸,油气在气缸内表面形成润滑油膜,对气缸进行润滑。该装置能为多气缸并联工作且气缸回程无排气的工况提供润滑。该装置耗油量少,已投入实际应用。In this paper,aiming at the lubrication requirements of high-speed beer filling machine lifting cylin-ders,designed an oil-gas lubrication device. The device is mainly composed of oil storage tanks,pipelines andone-way valves. During operation,compressed air mixed with oil,saturated oil and gas can be generated in thetank,and enter the pipeline and cylinder. Oil and gas form a lubricant film on the inner surface of the cylinderand lubricate the cylinder. The device can provide lubrication for parallel cylinder working conditions. The deviceconsumes less fuel and has been put into practical use.
