摘　　要：设计一种手动机械式切洋葱机,由内置抽屉、墩座、刀具座、压臂、连接轴、箱体和刀具装配而成。文中阐述了该机械的实体结构和连接关系,采用本设计切割洋葱效率高,同时避免了出现辣眼睛流泪的情况。该项机器还可推广使用在切割其它果蔬上。A manual mechanical onion cutter is designed. It is consisting of built -in drawer,pier seat,cutterseat,press arm,connecting shaft,box body and cutter. In this paper, the swaddling structure and connection re-lation of the machine are described, and the high efficiency of cutting onion is adopted in this design. The machinecan also be extended to cut other fruits and vegetables during use.
