摘　　要：为了在不拆解气制动阀脚踏板的情况下检测工装,根据气制动阀在使用状态下的操作步骤设计检测工装,能更好地辅助试验台对气制动阀在非制动状态下以及制动状态下的密封性指数进行数据检测,缩短检测辅助时间,提高检测质量以及降低检测过程中因拆解对零件造成的损毁,以达到检测工装设计的目的。In order to test the tool without dismantling the pedal of the air brake valve,the test tool is designedaccording to the operating steps of the air brake valve in use, which can better assist the test bench to test thesealing index of the air brake valve in non-braking and braking states, shorten the test assistance time,improvethe test quality and reduce the damage to parts caused by dismantling in the test process,so as to achieve thepurpose of testing the tool design.
