摘  要:为安全使用退役锂离子电池并能实时监测,实现早发现,早预警,防患于未然,针对退役动力电池的梯次利用过程中的实时监测问题,设计了一个能够实现实时监测退役电池状态的可视化电池管理系统(BMS),并通过蓝牙传输到手持数字终端(PDA)上。并在PDA上实现数据的接收和控制。该BMS,除具有常规管理的系统功能外,还可以通过硬件电路设计和软件程序编写,实现对电池的电流、电压及温度等性能检测,以及在PDA上实现充放电控制,电池类型选择,保护参数设置等功能。测试结果和实测数据的比对表明,本设计具有误差小、使用场景灵活,对电池的实时状态以及控制更加直观可靠等优势,也适用于出厂前电池状态检测,应用前景广阔。In order to safely use the decommissioned lithium -ion battery and enable real -time monitoring toachieve early detection,early warning,prevention is especially important. In this paper,a real-time monitoring ofthe decommissioning power battery in the process of ladder utilization is designed,anda visual battery manage-ment system (BMS)capable of real-time monitoring of decommissioned battery status is designed and transmittedvia Bluetooth to a handheld digital terminal (PDA) . And on the PDA to achieve data reception and control. TheBMS,in addition to its conventional management system functions,can also be programmed through hardware cir-cuits and software programs to implement battery current,voltage,and temperature performance testing,as wellas charge and discharge control,battery type selection,and protection on PDAs. Parameter settings and otherfunctions. The comparison of test results and measured data shows that this design has the advantages of small er-ror,flexible use scenarios,real-time status of the battery,and more intuitive and reliable control of the battery. Itis also suitable for battery state detection before shipment and has broad application prospects.
