摘　　要：阿拉尔新农业有限责任公司种牛二场是阿拉尔新农乳业有限责任公司三大养殖场之一,现存奶牛1 400头左右,其中泌乳牛420多头、日产量10～11 t左右,主要为新疆学生饮用奶提供新鲜乳汁原料。为摸清阿拉尔新农乳业有限责任公司发展现状和进一步掌握奶牛规模化养殖知识,本人在阿拉尔新农乳液有限责任公司种牛二场进行为期一年的实践实习。在此期间,发现该牛场存在人员安排不当、忽视奶牛分群管理和清洁工作不到位等问题,故提出意见建议。Abstract：To find out current situation of Alar Sunon Milk Limited Corporation and further grasp the knowledge of scale breeding of dairy cows, and provide some suggestions on the typical problems in the management of cows raising that provide theoretical basis for the development of the cattle industry in Akesu, and a smooth operation for business work, I have been working as an one-year internship in the second cattle breeding farm of Alar Sunon Milk Limited Corporation. The second cattle breeding farm of Alar Sunon Milk Limited Corporation is one of the three farms of Alar Sunon Milk Limited Corporation, There are about 1,400 cows, of which, more than 420 lactating cows and about 10 to 11 tons of daily production, mainly provide Xinjiang students with fresh milk. During the short period of study, the problems of improper arrangement, neglect of the management of the dry cows and the inefficiency of cleaning work are found, and some valuable opinions and suggestions are given to correcting such problems and for normal operation Key words：alar sunon milk limited corporation ;cow;scientific feeding and management
