摘  要:采用气雾化制粉工艺制备Al-5Ti-1B合金粉,研究了Al-5Ti-1B合金粉的显微组织与晶粒细化能力.结果表明:气雾化制粉工艺可以抑制TiB2粒子的偏析团聚和细化TiAl3相,使TiB2粒子和TiAl3相均匀分布在Al-5Ti-1B合金粉内;Al-5Ti-1B合金粉的粒径越小,TiB2粒子和TiAl3相分布越均匀,TiAl3相的尺寸越细小.当添加0.2%的Al-5Ti-1B合金粉并保温2min时,可使纯铝从粗大的柱状晶细化为平均直径为185μm的等轴晶;保温时间延长至120min,纯铝的晶粒平均直径为238μm.表明,气雾化Al-5Ti-1B合金粉具有优异的晶粒细化能力及抗细化衰退能力.The Al-5Ti-1B alloy powder was prepared by gas atomization process. The microstructure and grain refinement ability of Al-5Ti-1B alloy powder were studied. The results show that the aggregation of TiB 2 particles can be prevented and the size of TiAl 3 phases can be refined by the gas atomization process. The TiB 2 particles and TiAl 3 phases are evenly distributed within the Al-5Ti-1B alloy powder. The smaller the powder size is, the more uniform the distribution of TiB 2 particles and TiAl 3 phase are and the smaller the size of TiAl 3 phase are. With adding 0.2% Al-5Ti-1B alloy powder and holding 2 min, the pure aluminum can be refined from coarse columnar grains to uniform equiaxed grains with an average diameter of 185 μm. When the holding time is extended to 120 min, the average grain diameter of pure aluminum is 238 μm. The Al-5Ti-1B alloy powder has an excellent grain refinement ability and anti-fading ability.
